NEWS - balti AG becomes part of the Robatech Group
We are pleased to inform you that Robatech AG acquired all shares in balti AG on 30 September 2026. balti AG will remain an independent company within the Robatech Group and will operate under the name “balti — part of Robatech” going forward. The acquisition combines balti's engineering expertise in customised project business with Robatech's international presence and global service and sales network.
